  • Failure to pay may result in cancellation without notice.

3.3 Cancellations

  • Cancellations by clients must comply with the notice period specified in the contract.

  • Entrepôts Dominion reserves the right to cancel a booking for operational or safety reasons, in which case any deposit may be refunded.

3.4 Damages

Clients are responsible for any damage caused to the facilities, furniture, or equipment during their use. Deposits may be used to cover such damages.

3.5 Liability

Entrepôts Dominion is not liable for personal injury, theft, or loss of property on the premises. Clients are responsible for insurance coverage where applicable.

4. Code of Conduct

All visitors and clients must:

  • Respect other users, staff, and property.

  • Follow safety guidelines and legal regulations.

  • Refrain from disruptive behavior or illegal activities.

Failure to comply may result in removal from the premises and/or termination of services.

5. Intellectual Property for Events

Clients may take photos or videos during events for personal or corporate use. Entrepôts Dominion may also use images of events for marketing purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.

These Terms and Policies are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada. Any dispute arising will be resolved in the courts of Montreal, Quebec.
